Welcome to Garcia Party Rental, your trusted partner for inflatable bounce house rentals. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making any booking. If you do not agree with these terms, you may choose to opt out of our services.

Rental Agreement

When you rent equipment from Garcia Party Rental, you agree to the following:

  1. Rental Period: The rental period begins when the equipment is delivered to your location and ends when the equipment is picked up by our team.
  2. Responsibility: You, as the renter, are fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during this time will be your responsibility.
  3. Supervision: It is mandatory that the equipment is supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We do not provide attendants, so it is your responsibility to ensure safety rules are followed.
  4. Safety Guidelines: Users of the inflatable bounce houses must follow all safety rules provided by Garcia Party Rental. This includes ensuring there is no rough play, sharp objects, food, drinks, or shoes inside the inflatable.
  5. Setup and Takedown: Our team will handle the setup and takedown of the inflatable equipment. You are not allowed to move or tamper with the equipment once it is set up.

Payment and Cancellation

  1. Payment Terms: Full payment is due before the delivery and setup of the equipment. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a cancellation fee.
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed for any cancellations made in compliance with our cancellation policy, less any cancellation fees.

Liability Waiver

Garcia Party Rental is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the use of our equipment. By renting from us, you agree to release Garcia Party Rental from any liability related to the use of our equipment. You assume all responsibility for ensuring the safety of all users of the equipment.

Weather Conditions

In the event of extreme weather (e.g., high winds, heavy rain), Garcia Party Rental reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking for safety reasons. You will be notified as early as possible, and we will work with you to find an alternate date or issue a refund.
